GALLIPOLIS, Ohio – A Charleston, West Virginia woman has pleaded guilty to drug related charges in Gallia County.
According to Gallia County Prosecuting Attorney, Jason D. Holdren, earlier this week Kenisha L. Sanders, 28, entered guilty pleas to multiple charges.
Sanders pleaded guilty to the following charges: trafficking in heroin, a felony of the first degree; tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree; and identity theft, a felony of the fifth degree.
According to Holdren, Sanders faces up to 11 years for her conviction of trafficking in heroin; up to three years for her conviction of tampering with evidence; and up to one year for her conviction of identity theft. Sanders will be sentenced by Judge Margaret Evans in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court on June 5, 2017.
